Try to figure out your light quotient

Most everybody has a light body. Some have more light than others. It is a good idea to find out what percentage you are if you are looking to ascend in body.

When you experienced your awakening you burned approximately 51 percent of your karma which probably means you have a light body of around that number also.

A conscience  light worker  usually burns 1-2 percent of their karma a year if they are learning their lessons and practicing their spiritual work consistently. So you could conceivably add these numbers on to the year you awakened and that may give you an idea of where your light body is. 

For example,  if you awoke in 2000 and stayed clean, stayed humble, and learned your lessons as you have practiced mind, body and spirit...you possibly can add between 10-20 percent on to 51 percent to calculate where you are.

All you need is 90 percent light body for the ascension process to begin to finalize...so in this case you you can figure you need to attain 10-20 percent more light into your 4 body system.
